She might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

It will depend on your weight, age and how much weight you want to lose. The biggest problems people encounter when trying to lose weight is fast-foods, pre-packaged foods and carbohydrates. As a diabetic, You should consider cutting fast foods completely out (yea, it sucks), don't buy or eat pre-packaged foods - they are usually high in carbs and salt and very little in the nution department and for the most part, cut way back on carbs, but not completely. EXERCISE daily! It will curb your appetite, burn calories and fat, improve your circulation and help maintain muscle mass. Your dr., school nurse, or a nearby health clinic can give you info as to what foods are high in carbs. Keep in mind that many fruits and vegetables are are high in carbs. In short, increase exercise, cut carbs and fatty foods.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results when you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two min's, do push ups for about a minute, skip for two minutes, rest for example minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will recover results than a long run or swim.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

It’s certainly not weight-loss, it’s health-gain. Think about your changes in order to gain things, not lose these individuals.

Music making you eat more. According to a study by the journal Psychology and Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to definitely take time over your mealtime, so you consume more meal. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.

Set performance-based goals. Always set yourself incrementally larger goals each week to be sure you’re engaged and have something to strive for. Each little achievement is also an incentive that you’re going in the best direction. From doing 10 more squats to mastering a brand new yoga pose, whatever floats your own boat.
