Well it depends what age you are as if your still very young then your still growing.... But a six pack will happen with a variety of sit ups in different positions and the bottom two abs are the hardest to get and need alot more work. Also good abs will only happen with a good diet. As for pecs, bench pressing and flys will do the job plus other chest exercises. Decline bench press will help develop the top part of the chest to bring it out more... and remember.. no pain.. no gain.. good luck.

If your totally serious about gaining a sculpted muscular body, I have to tell you its a long tough road and there are no! short cut's either.
NOP! you definately WONT get a 6pack or highly defined pecs in anything less than 1 year.
**Most gym's and weight training classes havent a clue how to train people correclty. Frankly its the biggest joke going, to see blokes in a gym pulling massive weights which are totally ridiculous for them, straining to lift weights which are unsuitable and have no benefit. And in lot of cases can lead to serious injury.
**to gain a real 6 pack & pecs, you would have to be completely committed to going to either circuit training or weight training or preferbly both about 4-5 times at week for no less than x1 hr of intense working out per session. It can be done but most blokes cannot hack it and give up after a few weeks. The only way to gain this muscular condition is sustained & careful training over a long period of time just like any athelete.
**Oh! and I havent even mentioned what its going to cost you, pay as you go is best IMO.

run down to the nearest off licience and copy what a hen does all the way !
pecs - press ups and or dumbell bench presses
six pack - impossible to get but try millions of sit ups

Cut the Carbs down, increase the Cardio work for the Abs as well as excercising them, maintain heavier weights with fewer reps but more sets of each.

steroids but thats really bad for you in the long run.....Try doing push ups,crunches, and going to the gym.And a proper diet is also necesarry.Even if you do alot of working out but eat foods like McDonlads everyday is gonna make u go back to square 1. Theres no shortcuts to anywhere worth going!!!
