Sorry to hear about your brother. He would have been flown to Ramstein AB (thats my daughters job) and would then be taken to Landstuhl. (about like going across the street)
You will want to do three things, first contact the Red Cross, second contact the base commander of the nearest military instilation to where you live, and third contact your congrssman/senators office.

This is important, depending on the sevarity and type of injuries, the military is flying family members to Landstuhl. They would then get to fly back to the states with him. (usually a parent or spouse)

All branches are someplace in Iraq. We have bases around the world as a deterrent to outside attack on those countries as well as being advanced readiness bases. (USN, retired, 1965 - 85/in-country Viet Nam vet)

I'm sure he is at Landstuhl. You would have to contact him through his command. If he has been injured, the Red Cross is the safest and quickest way to get ahold of him.

you should be able to contact the branch he serves in and get the info from them assuming you are 18.
or how about ask yout parents they would have been notified soon after he received his wounds, and they would be given all that info.

Call his US base maybe. Do you know any of his service buddies, they may best be able to direct you. I'm sure there are services on the web that help locate soldiers fighting over there.

use the Red Cross. who is listed on your brothers Contact list? when he was injured, they would have been the ones notified.

red cross should have contacted you or someone in your family. you can also contact his rear detachment
