Cut my fringe by myself and now its way too short?

Its above my eyebrows and its awful. is it true the fringe grows quicker then the rest of the hair. also any good ideas to make it look better. its ment to be a block fringe but i scrape it all back now

nah... fringe will seem to grow quicker cuz its shorter than the rest of ur hair and any difference in length wil be more pronounced on a fringe... well its sad to know tht u cut em too short.. u gotta wait until u grow them out.. until then, just sweep em back n pin em up or sweep them to the sides...
