Hi. Let me explain this to you. Maybe when you understand the science behind it, you will feel better!
1. Having 3 Wisdom teeth out tomorrow, under LOCAL ANESTHETIC. Will it be very very painful?
Ans: Since its under local anesthetic, I am assuming they have erupted. Right? Then, all it involves is gently lifting them out of the socket. You will be very numb, and will not feel any pain Only some pressure.
2. Really considering chickening out. Really don't want to do it.
Ans: You have to have them out at some point. Go for it! Once you are in the chair and lying back, you will feel the tension leave our body. Its ok to be anxious. But don't let anxiety stand in the way of your health care.
3.Really hate needles/injections. Will they hurt? How many will i need?
Ans: You will be fine. Close your eyes. Think of what you like best. Usually its only the sensation of the needle and not real pain. Once you get the first, rest will be a cakewalk!
4. will there be lots of blood? EEK.
Ans: Its your own blood! Do not be afraid!
5. Can mum come in with me? I live in England
Ans: I do not know what the dental clinic policy is and how old you are. But your mother can come to the clinic (be in the waiting area) with you and take you home. You will need to take someone with you. Its advisable!
YOU WILL BE FINE! JUST TAKE A DEEP BREATH. THINK OF THE DAY AFTER.
You will have pain meds and the clinic should be able to tell you what you need to and shouldn't do.
Good luck!

What happens when you do Chicken out as you say..?
close your eye's and do not think of the needles. I have been where your at.actually had more then 3 pulled at the same time but.. ask your dentist for a Valium you can take an hr before you get it done. IT does help out.

I'm also having 2 upper wisdom teeth pulled on Nov. 30 and I'm scared also. I have had teeth pulled before and the shot does hurt a little. They usually drug you up a lot, so you don't feel so much pain. Good luck to you.
