Pilates works well. It uses exercises that utilize your own body weight as resistance and works to firm and tone faster than weightlifting even.

Maybe Pilates...but weights are really the best way to get into shape. But, in a pinch, Pilates should do it.

pushups/chinups/lunges/calf raises/leg raise/crunches
try and do them to failure every couple of days...or every day if you want
