I've seen worse french. Actually, I've written worse. At least you used the right verb (avoir). I was notorious for using the wrong one, which gets embarassing. *cough* je suis chaud *cough*
Pour repondre a la question, j'ai dix-huit ans.

The correct way to state the question is 'Quel age as-tu?', or 'Quel age avez-vous?'. 'J'ai' is the combination of 'je' and the correct conjugation of the verb 'avoir', so it needs an apostrophe after the 'J'.
Et, pour repondre a ta question, j'ai dix-sept ans.

J'ai vingt trois ans.
Not bad for a beginner. Keep it up. French is not an easy language to learn but you'll get there if you work hard on it.

Uhm, you could do better.
Lose the V in the first sentence, you make it sound like "that age are you going?". Also add an "L" to "que".
And it`s "J'ai"
Bonne chance!
