If you meet someone and spend a fair amount of time with them. If during that time they make you laugh and after you leave them you are thinking about what a good time you had. If they are courteous and respectful towards you. If they are listening to you instead of just merely waiting to talk.
I don't know, someone who treats you well and is fun to be around is a good bet for a relationship. I've found it never works to go searching around for someone though, sometimes they just crash right into you.

Well a good relationship is one where both people like each other and enjoy spending time doing whatever. You are willing to make compromises and so is he. Then as time goes on the feelings grow more intense and you want the relationship to become sexual, you find yourself doing things for this person you would not normally do and vis-versa. You feel good about yourself and him. there are no negative feelings or problems. A good relationship goes both ways it is never one sided.
