illegal aliens come to the country without obtaining a permit, they are unwelcome to the country. The country can only acept them if they are of a certain criteria and if they do not meet those and enter to the country through improper channels they are illegal and should definately be sent back to their country regardless where they are from.

The only difference is that they came to the United States illegally. They need to go through the proper authorities and do the right thing.
