Ok, i mean man with man, i know it sounds nasty. Met this army guy who he became "best friend" with his male roommate while he was in Iraq. He would talk about him all through our dates, they were both deploid in Iraq for a long time, i'm not bragging but every guy that i met always wanted to do me, and this one broke up with me and said he was confsed. But he acts too faminine, he notices things normal guys won't...do you think they are like in love or did it while in Iraq, since they were alone and together...

There is a lot more homosexual activity happening in the military than they would like to admit. Many soldiers do this. A lot of them play group masturbation games. You just have to think about the mentality of someone who would engage in violence against a country that they didn't even know existed a couple years before 9/11.
Why are you even interested in dating these guys?
And what's wrong with noticing things "normal" guys won't? Don't you want to be with someone who's more aware than less aware of things?
Oh, sorry. I guess you're American. Carry on.

combat bonds men together in ways women will never understand, without any kind of sexuality involved. Him talking about his best buddies alot isn't uncommon, but the 'confused' comment is a little suspicious. i'm sure it happens occasionally on deployments, but i would say it's unlikely because #1 the military FROWNS on any kind of homosexuality (it's punishable under the UCMJ), #2 your fellow soldiers/Marines would FROWN upon any kind of homosexuality, and #3 Iraq is not Brokeback Mountain...

<~ spent a year in Vietnam,,, and believe me, doing my buddy was the LAST thing that would have ever crossed my mind.
Funny thing tho',,,,,, when I returned to the states I didn't even call my girl friend for almost 6 months (she has now been my wife for 43 years) So I guess "doing her" wasn't much of a priority at the time. I was to buisy relearning how to sit at a dinner table and NOT asking someone to pass the F***ING butter.

In a combat situation you become very close to your buddies ( not as in gay) and believe it or not things are sometimes alot simpler too understand in that kind of environment. The real world without any military involved is arbitrary and confusion too some people.

Gay men aren't allowed to join the army (i think) so i think that if anyone found out they would be punished somehow. my fiance is going over and he better not be touching no men! haha.

Yes. Obviously. Because the first thing on a person's mind when they are in a WAR is to have sex.
Perhaps he just couldn't get over your bloody ego and godawful spelling.
