I WOULD GET BOTH BUT IF I HAD TO CHOOSE I WOULD PICK LAB/HUSKY BECAUSE THE GOLDEN RETRIEVER IS FORSURE TO FIND A HOME BECAUSE IT PURE BLOOD AND THE LAB/HUSKY IS A MUTT AND MORE LIKELY WONT FIND A HOME....

If you have kids around, get the golden. Huskies have a little bit of a temper (I have heard from a few husky owners). Labs are awesome too, but can be a bit more rambunctious. I have had both, and I loved the golden and would definately get another one.

Hi i have a siberian husky and yes they are cute as puppys but very high maintenance and if you have a husky you need to take them out every day and just having one is not enough, they get bored very easily so you need at leat another husky to keep its company.
I have to take my husky every sunday for sledding in cape town when i was there he is with another lady that i have to pay every month for to keep him fit and race him in competitions, i had to wake up at 5 every morning to take him sledding its not an easy breed to live with if i had known what i know now about huskys i always say now wish i could of just stick with a golden retriever or labrador believe me husksy are so much hard work..
If you are considering a husky go on google and see for more information please you would change your mind..

Both are great dogs, I would be hard pressed to choose also. ummmm.......golden retriever are smart and the lab/husky mix may be better for protection. You choose as I would say take both. Happy Thanksgiving.

I would go to an animal shelter and look at the dogs there. They need loving homes, and you would probably be saving money. Most shelters (if not all) will make sure the animals have their shots and are spayed/neutered. If you just got a pup from a breeder or something, you would be paying a lot more for their shots, getting them dewormed, fixed, etc.

I know both kinds of dogs and they're both really great. I personally like Golden Retrievers but they are purebred and more expensive. With goldens, you know what they'll look like whereas with mutts you never know.

If they are from a pet store I would not get either one. If they are from a reputable breeder I would get the golden. some huskies have aggression issues

Go for the golden retriever. wouldn't look as much like a mutt like the other would be, and probably smarter

How experienced are you with dogs? Huskies can be strong willed and are mighty powerful. Both choices are biggish dogs that will need plenty of exercise.

well huskies are adorable but they do have temper issues..golden retriever would be perfect if you have children...it is very mellow..
if you don't have kids go for the husky
if you do i would go with the retriever...for your kids safe
