Your hair needs special attention whether you do some sports. In fact the sweat mix with the hairs’ oily substances, thus making locks flat and bodiless.
What can we do to dry and nourish our hair? First of all try to use sylicon-basedproducts, and for the first month, put restructuring compresses on your damp and perfectly washed hair.
Here you are some precious “natural” tips regarding compresses:
Banana compress. Make a purée of bananas and put it on your dry hair. Wash it after 20 minutes with a delicate shampoo.
Nettle lotions. Lotions and tratments made of the plant’s juice are largely used to do away with dandruff and to fight against hair’s weakness.
Cress natural lotion. Mix the cress’ juice and the alcohol (95°)use it once a day to massage your scalp.
One more tip: pleae take great careover your feeding! Some food represents a true natural defense for our hair. In fact carrots, rich in vitamine A, help protecting eyes and skin from solar rays. Instead spinach, chicory and dark-green vegetable are useful to defend the hair colour.

How much is "too much?" 100-150 hairs lost per day is normal, but this looks like a huge hairball if you have long hair. If you lose about 100 strands in the shower and about another 50 throughout the day, you're right on track.
If that's not the case, then get a good nourishing shampoo and conditioner. Use spray-on hair moisturiser afterwards and glossy protein serum. I recommend Satinique--this is the brand Britney Spears uses, endorsed by John Gillespie--and I'm a satisfied user as well. Once a week treat your hair to an intensive repair masque. But don't steam it--just use a warm towel.
Supplement! Take proper vitamins and minerals that help your hair grow better. I recommend Nutrilite daily and Nutrilite Skin, Hair, and Nails (with natural vitamin C and collagen).
Also try going without styling tools like combs, brushes, hair dryer, or curling/straightening/crimping irons. Towel dry your hair and style with your fingers while half wet. You won't lose as many hairs.

Following are the vitamins required for hair growth:
An interesting fact about Vitamin B: Certain experiments were conducted with rats and they were fed with food that lacked magnesium supplements. It was found that they lost their hair in bunches and when they were provided with a low biotin diet they turned hairless. But to the surprise of all, their hair returned when they were fed with food rich in Vitamin B. Similar studies were conducted on men and it was found that Vitamin B enriches the quality of hair. The body also requires Vitamin A. Fatty acids such as primrose oil, flaxseed oil or salmon oil need to be consumed for enhancing hair growth.
Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.
Biotin is necessary for hair growth. There are many sources of biotin such as brewer's yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. It is present in some shampoos, so you can use shampoos, which contain biotin. It is advised to consult a physician before taking any vitamins or medications for hair growth.
1.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
2.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week
3.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
4.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.
5.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.
Take care

Talk to your doctor and get a hormonal essay and an ultra-sound done. Usually, hair falls out as a result of low nutrients in the body, or as a consequence of imbalanced hormones. If the doctors recommend hormonal therapy afterwards, then I suggest trying a homeopathic cure for a few months, before returning to conventional medicine as a last resort.

i'm youthful than you and that i lose hairs like that each and all the time. Your hair is produced from lifeless cells, and the autumn out from time to time. purely because of the fact some fall out on a daily basis would not recommend you're going bald. So, i might say what you're dealing with is surely organic.
