READ THIS ANSWER IT IS CORRECT!! pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees - put the breasts in a greased/Pam sprayed oven pan and cover. Cook for 2-hrs (20-min to the lb) if you like them moist and just cooked thru, longer if not. after about an hour, take them out of the oven, lift the tin foil, and be careful because there will a lot of hot steam, puncture one of them with a fork, and if the liquid runs "clear" they are done. If the liquid is still "pink/red" cook for another 30-min. Cook the breast too long and it will be very dry! - a little secret - put a layer of stuffing under the breasts and bake together - the juice from the breasts will moisten the stuffing - buy the box stuffing, and follow directions, they are good. You can also put your potatoes and carrots around the outside of the pan and all will cook together, just remember to cut the veg. in half. Happy Thanksgiving - Good Eating...

If it's thawed then apx 3 hours if you just do the math on the 2 1/2 pound turkey recipe below. Main thing is to make sure it reaches an internal temp of 170 degrees.

You could always brine it first just like a regular turkey... then follow the directions on the package.

Brining it makes it really moist and flavorfull, a quality that a breast alone may lack because of a lack of dark meat and fats...

I would say about 2.5-3 hours. It should say on the package how long you should cook per pound.
