Dunno about you, but I am in the mood for some greasy, melty, fattening CHEESE!!!!

Tell you what, stick the kids in bed early and I will come over and pick up a pizza and DVD on my way!!!! I was going to go to the gym, but this sounds much more fun!!

Go on get a pizza and nothing wrong with the kids eating a bit of it either sometimes, got to have fun too! If I had kids id give them a McDonalds or something once a week as a treat!

Pasta is always a hit with kids and quick to do any which way.I chop frankfurters in when the pasta is cooked, pour some chopped tomatoes on top and add a bit of grated cheese. Easy!

Eat the same as your kids do. It sets a good example and having a meal as a family is a nice thing to do.
Have a great meal whatever you choose.

If the kids already had healthy home-cooked stuff, why didn't you have some of that?

Ok omelette then. Omelette and a glass of wine like Elizabeth David, the ol' hedonist! Bit of salad makes it looks nice.
