We bought a little turkey breast to heat up for Thanksgiving. The question is: do we heat it up in the microwave, and if so, for how long? Or the oven? And if so, what temp and how long? Yes, this is the first Thanksgiving-ish meal I've cooked. Help!

Your turkey & any precooked foods MUST reach an internal temp of 165*.

If you have no therm. then have your oven on at 350* and heat this breast for 1 hour.

It will get easier every year for you...remember you do not need a special holiday to make a turkey, ham or pot roast. Learn by doing !

Have a fun stress free day !!

If it's pre-cooked, 350 degrees for 45 minuets or so should be just fine. You just need to heat it up, not cook it more.
