My husband is working on another cookbook.for leftovers...what would you like to see in it?
We all have left over Turkey..beef ,ham, chicken.
Any ideas from all cuisines would be welcomed!
Not looking for recipies per say, just ideas, ie. rice pudding..beef stew, cassaroles..tell us about your leftovers..and what you need to use up, but never seem to do it!
Thanks!

Leftover turkey- small turkey pot pies using small pastry shells. Lunch Wraps. Turkey and pasta with a nice cranberry cream sauce. Hot Turkey Sandwiches w/Gravy. Turkey soup (just add celery onion carrots and broth... mmmm mmmmm good) u can add cream and make it a creamy soup too.

Also, you can use the turkey, ham or chicken to make quiche.

The possibilities are endlesss... Goodluck with the cookbook.

=)
