It depends greatly on the size, style, and setting. An original Greene & Greene stained glass window, in its original location increases the value of a house by thousands of dollars. While swapping it out to sell it and replacing it with a reproduction would decrease the value of the house immensely.

Place a picture of it on E-Bay http://www.ebay.com and set your starting price at about 300.00 and do a 7 day sale on it. See what offers you get on it. Or look around on ebay and do a search for the same object.
