wow. that is a crushing blow to the both of you i am sure. but in case you were worried about any stigmas about being together. please remember that you do not share a mother. it was merely your fathers dna that contributed to you both. i don't beleive that any children you would have together would be in any more danger of complications than any other couple. talk it through with a counselor before you make a decision.

If you believe in the values then forget her.ultimately she is the daughter of your father.how u can do that ,that is why you have asked the question?you are not able to swallow this fact that she is your half sister.

marry her if she is your one true love but make sure you both will have your family behind you, as family is everything.
