I've been letting of alot of wind aswell, but I'm not constipated and stuff,lol..... I feel soooo fat now coz my belly is HUUGE and it's like all hard... no time to go to the docs....

are you due your periods, if so this bloating can be normal. i find trapped wind, can also cause bloating. you can get over the counter pills at any chemist, if thats the case. i also find eating to much junk food or fizzy soft drinks, can also cause this. try eating healthy for afew days, if the bloating persists i'd go see your doctor

Could be a food allergy...go to the docs and get tested. I suffered your symptoms along with stomach cramps and panic attacks...I realised it was wheat that was my enemy. I cut it out now.

But I did have a Chinese the night before last and some smart alec decided to do the batter in wheat flour...usually its cornflour. Although the sickness, cramps and headaches are passed I still feel bloated today, join the club!

No time to go the doc`s,but you have time to be on here,i just hope for your sake it is`nt stomach cancer.
Change your attitude towards your health and get the docs before you are a bloated dead person

Have you changed your diet ? Is your period due ? could you be pregnant ? Drink loads of water to flush your system through. Charcoal tablets can help to absorb intestinal gas. If it is serious you will have to find time to go to the doctor unless you want to end up in casualty !

Well, i'm no doctor, but try drinking plenty of water (the usual 8 glasses a day). Also cut all bread out of your diet and eat plenty of fruit and veg, that should clear you out!

go for a good walk,after your meal.that will help to digest the food more faster.take yogurt that will help too.reduce your intake on beans and nuts,they produce alot of gas when digestion

EIther water accumulation or maybe air. Need to expel the gas - try some yoga!!

I know exactly what you mean, i am the exact same. Feel like i've swallowed a football!!!!
