You twist them and fold them behind the back, like if you were going to handcuff him!

Fold the TIP under the top of the wing and ideally you should truss them with some kitchen string to keep them tight to the birds body for even cooking.

I tuck mine under the back of the turkey. Make sure the legs are tucked or tied together too. Hope you have a great thanksgiving all... :)
