I would like to loose 30-60 pounds. But i hear about people who loose alot of weight, and how they have all this saggy skin from their bodies. I am terrified of this happening to me. How can i reach my weight loss goal, and avoid the saggy skin?

As long as you exercise then it will pull the skin back tight again. Exercise is a key factor for preventing loose skin.

well, i recently lost 50 pounds and am now at a good weight. I can tell you, the only thing that was a bit saggy were my breasts. But anyways, it's way better than being fat. lose the weight, unless you are like, a hundred pounds overweight and plan on losing it all, I don't think the skin sagging will be much of a problem. Really, I feel much better about myself now.

Lose weight slowly is the best way for health. Young people skin has more elastic in it. You will end up with stress marks..but you can live with those.
I believe older people lose a lot of the skin elastic and that is when the skin starts to sag. But health wise you will be better off and you will still look better and be able to be more actives.

On a diet, most of the body fat will go, and sometimes muscle mass will decrease too. Skin can't reduce itself, although you can "reaffirm it", it will hang if you reduce a lot of weight. If you are planning to loose a lot, besides checking with a doctor, talk to a dermatologist too, so he can advise you how to take care of your excess skin and if it is recommendable to have a minor surgery done after-woulds.
