i want to reload my system and i dont have the disk,or why it is that,if i take my system to pple who fix computer,they will load it back to new one,do they have a universal software,plz who knows,let me know the procedures

Well, Without the disk, you are pretty much screwed. When you take it to computer people, they charge you lots of money because they have a copy of whatever system you are using. They charge you for a new copy of Windows XP or whatever it is. I hope it's Windows XP. Try and fix whatever problems you are having and it's best to not reload. Good luck though!

Some companies sell recovery disks. You didn't specify what brand of PC system that you want the system reloaded.

If you don't have the CD you are out of luck as far as a reload goes. Try doing a System Restore.

If it's a machine from a tier-1 manufacturer, such as Dell, HP or IBM you should be able to buy one from them Call their tech support line.

If it's an off-brand machine you're out of luck without the OS disk; you'll have to buy the full version of the OS in order to reinstall it.
