Fastest way to defrost a turkey is to take it out of the bag and
put it in a sink filled with Hot tap water...
Drain & refill the sink with hot water about every 1/2 hr or whenever
the water cools...

Absolutely not! Try submersing it in a sink full of water instead. It will take a while -- you'll have to put off eating dinner at the time you planned -- but it is a much much safer way of defrosting

yea its safe, but it wont be to good for the turky, leave the turkey in some cold running water, that will defrost the turkey faster, and not partially cook it while doing it. you should have thought of this yesterday, good luck though!
