Hi,
My calves hurt when i am exercising, but i've been exercising for months. I do an hours of aerobics, step, yoga and pilate classes each week. Would like advice on any ideaas to why this happens??
I also feel a stretch in my calves when i have no shoes on...

Have you been doing stretches and warm-ups before you go into a full exercise routine? Speaking of stretches, that might help with the feeling in your calves when you're not wearing shoes. You may want to see a podiatrist in case you have problems with your feet.

do stretches and warm-ups before, it will reduce the pain from happening by a lot
