You won't find that list online. What you want is a print version of Rubens' catalogue raisonée-- a cat. raisonee lists, describes, provides history on, and hopefully illustrates every work by an artist. A good start would be "Corpus Rubenianum Ludwig Burchard: An Illustrated Catalogue Raisonne of the Work of Peter Paul Rubens Based on the Material Assembled by the Late Dr. Ludwig Burchard in Twenty-Seven Parts" & you'll probably have to go to a large university library to get at it.
