Atheists not only accept that there is an epistemology of human knowledge, they know what it is. It is found in empiricism, reason, and science. You know…the reality-based world.

Conservative Christians are the ones, in fact, who deny even the possibility that we can know and understand the world in which we live. Christians just make things up (i.e., they lie) and choose to believe in mythical beings, events, processes, and properties of nature rather than live in the intelligent and ‘grown-up’ world. Their beliefs in the workings of the universe are the same as those of children. For some reason, these people are emotionally and intellectually retarded and do not mature beyond the child-juvenile level into adulthood.

Why do religionists deliberately misrepresent what atheists believe? Is it because you know you can't defend your beliefs in an honest and open debate so falsehoods and obfuscation are the only weapons left for you to use? Inane questions like this just indicate the level of intellectual dominance that atheists have exerted over the believers on this board.

I think you need to back up that sweeping generalization with some evidence. I can't really refute such a bizarre statement without some idea of where it's coming from. I don't know an atheist (not that I know many) who can't tell which is which.

What color is the sky in the universe you live in?

Atheists do make such distinctions.

Who has given you this incorrect idea? Or did you come up with it on your own, from your vast knowledge of atheists?

An atheist believes only in not believing in anything. An atheist has no faith, vision, hopes, or dreams. What a sad existence this person leads.

I am a Chrisitan, but this question is baloney.

There is a statement imbedded in your question that over generalizes athiests. "No distinction"? Who said so?

I think that your over generalization is innaccurate and that you need to re-ask your question without the broad steriotyping.

...Yes they do.

Your question makes no sense, if anything I'd say religious people are more guilty of lumping things together and being unable to distinguish between things than Atheists.

Not sure where you got that load of BS from, probably from your "Little Book of Christian Babble Handbook", but it is obvious you understand little outside of your small circle of church friends.
