Depends on where you live in Tennessee. Tennessee Department of Motor Vehicles only handles re-in-statements at a regional office. Contact your local Drivers License office, they will give you the procedure and location.

there may be more to the process than you can do on this site ,when license have been taken away there is more than just re-instating them,there's are legal fees to pay also,,good luck,but that site above should help you.
