i hear it is a good excerise and helps you burn calories quickly the thing is i hear if you smoke you cant do it..i do give out of breath quickly any ideas .. yes i thought of quitting smoking and i am working on that.. i started taking up tennis but would like to do other stuff as well.... sense i haved gained 20lbs this past year.... i know 20lbs is not much but on a 5 ft frame it is

I stopped smoking and started jogging at the same time...what a trip that was. Still doing it and it is 3 mths later. The web site I looked up and it gave me a two month program "from a couch potatoe to a 5k", www.coolrunning.com. Try it you might like it.

I like going for jogging too and unfortunately I'm also a smoker.Try starting running for short distances and increase it gradually.It's a nice sport and very healthy

See a doctor before you start on jogging. And when you do get your self a good pair of jogging shoes.
