When I lay down I have to get help getting back up.My knees feel as if they go to sleep or have a numb feeling .My arms hurts like I have dislocator them. Any ideas. I done have blood work done. Don't same to be able to fine any thing.Now my hands are starting to hurt.

I know that there are some blood tests to rule out some reasons for joint pain. If they have been ruled out, you need to talk to your doctor about other possible causes.
One might be a problem in your cervical and lumbar spine. Its also possible that you have a condition called fibromyalgia. Arthritis comes to mind as well.
A pinched nerve can cause a lot of the symptoms your having. See your doctor. If he doesn't do anything, get another doctor. Good luck.

You may have fibromyalgia, there are many web sites explaining the effects and causes and just how common it is, I was floored and fascinated when I read them.

It may be a symptom of osteoarthirtis.
You have to check it out with your Doctor.
