I have only lost to my best friend. We have 8 cars total, each worth over 150,000 and performance enhanced. We don't rub it in tho. Why does he like getting beat??

Sounds like he respects you more. Some guys are like that. They tend to like a girl when they see they have common interests and that a girl is better at something that "a man thing"
