hi i would recommend that you defrost in fridge for 5 days and then a cool room for 30 hours and cook for 7 hours, you must be having a big dinner that feeds 30 people that turkey.

If you have an oven bag, you can bake it for 2 hours, can you believe it?! My sisters done it many times. Oven bags are sold in grocery stores in the same section where you would buy plastic wrap and aluminum foil.
