i usually eat very healthily and burn 1000 calories or more per day through exercise like jogging, but yesterday, my residence floor had a party and of course they were serving my fave junk food-munchies, which i haven't had in 5 months, and i, being a pig, ate quite a bit of it-it has like 600 calories in it, but since eating it, i exercised that evening-and all morning today, and i burned 1100 calories-am i going to get fat?

There is NO way that you will get fat. You have burned off more than enough calories to not get fat!!!!

You are doing fine. It is good that you exercise and eat a healthful diet. It's fine to splurge once in a while. Don't be so hard on yourself. And don't waste your money on advice from experts who can tell you how to do it when you obviously are already doing a fine job.

of course not! junk food is okay once in a while, if you eat healthy and exercise regularly you will be fine.
