I have meatloaf that i have had in the fridge for atleast a couple weeks. It looks alright, I microwaved the hell out of it. Is it Safe? Pathetic Thanksgiving meal, I know.

No it is not safe. It should have been discarded after a week. When in doubt, throw it out! That's my motto.

cooked meat will be good for a week in the fridge. if it is covered and the temp in your fridge is correct. BUT your meatloaf should be thrown away, as it is too old now. no amount of microwaving will be enough.

My leftovers usually go bye-bye at the 3 day point. Please don't eat it, that's way too long.
