I only have a glass lasgana pan..Will that work?
I have never cooked one before. Its 4lb.....any hints or help would be great. Help!!!!!

Do you have a cooling rack (like for cookies, bread, etc..)? You could put that in the bottom of the lasagna pan and put the prime rib on that. It's a quick fix and will work just fine.

Just season it well and do a slow roast if you have time.

The pan is fine, Salt the outside liberaly, oven at 350, cook for about 26-34 min per lb, intant read thermometer 140 rare, 160 medium, 170 well done

Roasting pan that has a rack in it. The rack helps the roast cook on all sides evenly. I usually just cover it with aluminum foil when cooking to prevent splattering all over your oven.

That will work but line the bottom with tin foil for easy cleanup and keep a little water in the bottom so you can make some yummy gravy.

glass pan will be just fine... just cover it with tin foil
