20 minutes per lbs. at 350 will take about 4 hours. Check regularly at the end, estimate close to 4 hours depending on the colour.

If you cook it whole, it's going to take 3 1/2 hours. Best way to cook it, if you're in a hurry, is to cut the turkey into pieces, two legs, two breasts, the backbone, and two wings, then cover it into simmering water for 90 minutes. Add carrots, onions, celery, and herbs in the simmering water. Also you'll have a great tasting soup.

boil it....it won't be the prettiest, as it will fall apart, but it will cook, and the broth will be delicious, if you add celery onions salt pepper. It would take about an hour, at a medium to hard boil......great for turkey and dressing casserole, or turkey salad(when cooled)
