He certainly hasn't found the girl of his dreams yet. Regardless if he is a player or scared of commitment or whatever, when a woman enters into his life and knocks him off his feet he'll know the time is right and settle down naturally.

Really depends on the bloke, I mean if he's wearing an anorak, sports a comb-over and enjoys polishing teaspoons at the weekend there's your answer.

If, however, he's average bloke but has had loads of short term girlfriends then he's either fussy, unlucky(maybe they all dumped him) or hasn't found the right one yet-not all that surprising as 28 isn't all that old really.

If you're thinking of dating him just take it steady-that way if he's a panda(eats, shoots and leaves) then you won't have fallen for it.

Trust your instincts-or even ask him outright!

Maybe he doesnt want one or has a plan in his head - men do - like 'I will get married when I am 35 or 40 or 50 - they can settle down whenever they want to - women - if you want kids - the clock is ticking - you need to start looking for a guy from your mid 20s.

A piece of advice for women - I would get out and find some new guys who are the settling down type because believe me - its all the bruised old **** left over once you get past 30!

He is too caught up in da game. Maybe there's something there that he cannot see about himself that his little flings do see, that's why they don't want to keep him either. It sucks that he won't bring himself to liking someone deeply, a relationship can be very fun and erotic. You don't really gotta play around to get this.

If it ain't the time to settle down, only he will know when he is sprung.

it depends on the circumstance. He would be a player if he kept going out with lots of different women. He wuld be scared of commitment if he kept breaking up when it got serious.

If he seems a jack the lad then probably a player. If he's lacking confidence then probable too shy. If he seems level headed then obviously waiting for the right girl. Could be you!!!
