Oh God!!!! I'm glad I seen this question!!! Are you serious, don't follow these people's advice (they're white). No offense white people but every African-American person knows that a "TEXURIZER" always gets an African-American male hair nice and wavy. Go to ANY beauty supply store and ask for it. Write it down so you don't forget it: "TEXURIZER". E-Mail me when it works!!!

P.S. DO NOT get a perm. That will F**K your head all the way up.

So, what you're really asking is how to you get your "naturally tight-curly hair" to be more relaxed like Will Smith's son's hair.

There are hair salon products available to do exactly that, and in the stores the boxes have pictures of African people on them. But, I would strongly urge you to go to your nearest salon specializing in your type of hair and have the first treatments done by people who have experience.

It has been my observation that many people who are new to the 'changing hair' game have problems and disappointments with the treatments. This doesn't mean you will have disappointments or problems, but hair is one of those things that few people find satisfaction in what grows naturally on their heads.

Dudette provide up annoying about the hypocrisy contained in the black community. that's gotten to the point the position there are purely too many damn topics for everybody to handle. purely get excitement from the black adult men who favor black women of their organic state. i have been chatting with 3 black adult men on youtube. a reliable little bit of them are calling for no longer purely a organic hair flow yet a 'fat isn't curvy flow'. lol. showing video clips of in high quality condition and organic black women. Black women who placed on their 'authentic' hair, both straightened or in various afro textures with outstanding bods. They tell me that's what they pick. purely concentration on those black adult men. no need dropping time on the others. I call for an ousting of all self-haters contained in the black community. I actually have a dream that quicker or later Black human beings will be separated from the ghetto, hoodratified, thugnificants of our community. I actually have spoken. (i'm joshing)

I saw him on Oprah....and he's adorable...but do you realize that his father is a multi-millionnaire and paid tons to have his hair done.......and the child looks like John Legend...to me.
.....However if you saw his sister on Oprah...that was the natural hair piled on top of her head.

So if you want your hair straightened...treat yourself for the holidays! Why not? You're worth it...and you may find that it works for you..

Now think....Will Smith has a shaved head, and Jada..his wife has straightened hair....so none of it's natural...

Do what's best for you!

yeah..the last post is right. The best thing for you to get is a texturizer. That will help you to release your natural curls.

I think for best results you should spend the money to go to a professional...ask them the same thing you asked us, and if you like their result, then ask them what shampoo/method they used.
