Get lots and lots of calcium in your diet. That will maximize how much your body can put towards your teeth and bones. You have to have a certain amount of calcium floating around in your blood for your muscles to be able to work. So, if you aren't getting enough calcium in your diet your body is forced to use the calcium in your bones and teeth. That's why people with anorexia get osteoporosis at such an early age.

Bone is basically calcium phosphate and growth is controlled by a number of enzymes, many of which require a good supply of vitamins (especially B Vitamins) in order to function properly.

So, to answer your question... if you want to help your body produce bone then you need a healthy balanced diet which includes calcium and vitamins. So plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, milk and cheese should do the trick.
