Yes. Unless a military person has orders to be there, he or she is required to have a valid travel passport to visit the UK. He or she cannot use their official passport for visiting another country.

No, he does not need a passport as he is a serving member of the allied forces. His military ID will do unless he is travelling to a country where US soldiers are not welcomed.

there is not any such ingredient as Mexican/American twin citizenship as Mexico would not enable twin citizenship! Having a passport for the two united states of america would not recommend you're a citizen of that united states of america, basically which you're a countrywide. Claiming the two US and Mexican citizenship could reason you issues in Mexico. the U. S. calls which you would be able to head into the U. S. on a US passport. they could care much less approximately your Mexican passport.
