I think it depends on a few things. First of all money. Can you afford a more expensive mountain, is it even really an option? Are you an experienced skiir that will get bored without alot of variety? I live have skiid locally (Ontario) and gone to the Rockies a few times (Whistler, Lake Louise) and they really are not even comparable. Bigger mountains are much more enjoyable to ski. There is more variety and usualy much better and faster lifts. If i had the choice i would definately spend the money to go to a bigger mountain.
