Put in your Windows XP or Factory Restore Disk and restart the computer. When it restarts it will give you the option to totally wipe out your hard drive and reinstall Windows. Of course back up stuff like you're email address book, favorites, and documents. Just follow the wizard and it will do it all for you. Best of luck

No need to uninstall it. Assuming you have your cd's that came with the computer, or ones you have made, Put the first one in your drive. Restart the computer. Follow onscreen prompts.

Remember, you will lose all information on your computer. Anything you just can not do without should be sent to a cd and copied.

whe u bought the computer it should have come with 1 cd or all 3 cds. place the windows OS disc in and load it up, works all by itself but you will need to find or create the other 2 cds that contain the video driver, sound card driver...some companies do not give the driver cds, u may need to make them yourself.
