Hmmm. Interesting the girl asked somewhat out, You like outgoing, more passionate aggressive ones, well it might be that your flirting style fits with her personality and thats what she likes about you. Girls can like more than one guy, but I guess they can only love one, Im guessing by your talk you still in some sort of education facility. I'd say at this age, love is probably not discovered. Im not trying discourage you from flirting with this or other girl because most of the time you must fail before you succeed. Chances are with this girl that she really likes the other guy but likes some things in you as well, as maybe your flirting style, don't be surprised to see if she doesn't have interest in you...And also about your flirt style, do you flirt with more girls in her? If so consider that she is insecure about this and would rather have a guy that doesn't, or atleast she thinks he doesn't good luck you'll need it

us girls are kinda complicated if were at an early stage of really liking someone we dont like to admit it to the person we like, or anyone outside of our friends.
eventually we start to admit it to other ppl but never the guy unless we are absoultely in love. also if she likes you or even if your kinda sure but not really just try flirting back. send her a smile once and a while and talk to her . oh yeah if shes hiting yoiu then she does like you. so just try to flirt back and see how it goes
oh yeah dont wait to long cause unless we are inlove us girls dont liek to wait very long for a guy we think isnt gonna come after us

She's a tease or she is waiting for you to make a move. Don't ask if she likes you, girls hate that. She wants you to take charge and ask her out. Or she's a big tease and you should stay the hell away from her, those type of girls only want attention.

She could just be a tease, or just someone who flirts with people. My female friends and I always mess around, tickle and flirt, but none of us like each other in that way. It's just something some people do.

Be careful. She seems to be a teaser and a player. These type always get what they want. They will chew you up and spit you out once they got tired of you. But if you just want to have fun and confident that you won't get your heart broken, then play along. It'll be fun.
