You could fall in love, but it may just be infatuation also. You are probably too young to decide if its true love. You should probably be in your 20's before you actually feel that you are in love.

I fell in love when I was 13 and Its still there even though we broke up years ago yes it is possible to be in love at 16

It's possible, yes. I did when I was 13, and then he turned out be a real asshole, and then I fell in love with my current boyfriend at age 15.

You can of course, but sometimes you may just also THINK it's love.But you can definately fall in love at 16.
