Think about where you'll be watching the TV. In general, the bigger the screen, the more room you need. If you sit too close to any screen, you'll see the lines or pixels that make up the image.
When you're in the store, step back from the TV until you can't see the scan lines or pixels that make up the picture. That's the minimum distance to go for at home. With HD sets, allow at least 5 feet for a 36-inch or smaller set.

Depends on how big the room is that you will be watching the tv in . There's a 5 inch difference in screen size between those two tvs. Doesn't sound like a lot, but it is.
E.g.--> small bedroom? 20" or 27"
medium to large bedroom 32" or larger

The size of the TV that is best for you depends on how close you sit to view the picture. However, I would get the 32 inch LCD HD TV.

I though size was everything ! I would go for the 32, The way TV and Technology is expanding you should expect the purformance you pay for. Invest in a decent 32 inch tele.

I got a 32 and it's just big enough for the effect in a smallish room, mounted to the wall. Remember that most shows on it will be standard def so you net about a 27" reg.

It always depends on the size of the room its going in. If it's a smaller room go for the smaller one but if it's a large room go for the larger one. Larger LCD's tend to have better picture quality than smaller ones. Oh, and try and get a High Definition ready one too - much better picture quality.

depends on the size of the room its going in! I had a 37 inch and it looked so awfull in my living room. you could try the big one and if it seems too big swap it for the smaller one.

I like small (27") Because you can move it every wear without the mass of a 36", and if you wall mount it you don't have to worry about it falling because af weight (very unlikely but could happen)!!!:-)
