Go to libraries and church and other places like that and when you see a pretty girl don't be afraid to ask!

Go to a dance studio and learn ballroom dance or salsa, there is always single woman that come alone and need a partner - you may not find love but you might learn to dance and it might build the confidince to talk to woman in other situations.... the ladies love a man who can dance
