Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 5 to 5 1/2 hours. Figure 20 minutes per pound if the turkey is not stuffed. If you decide to stuff your turkey, then I would add at least an hour to that cooking time because it will take a little longer for the turkey to cook. If you have a probe thermometer, check the thickest part of the thigh at 5 hours, you are looking for a reading of 180 degrees from the thigh area. Have a great thanksgiving!

325, about 3 1/2 to 4 hours unstuffed, 4 to 4 1/2 hours stuffed. Use a meat thermometer or a turkey with a pop-up timer to let you know when it's done (juices should also be clear with no trace of pink).

If it is already completely thawed, for this size, you should allow not more than about 20 minutes per pound at 325, or about 4 1/2 to 5 hours. To check for doneness, if you pierce the thigh deeply at the meatiest/thickest part, the juices will run clear, rather than pinkish, and the meat will feel like it will come off the bone easily.
