Your request is a custom design. I use a hidden LCD TV in a cabinet, but I had the design custom made. I spent about $800 for the unit. Otherwise, You can get a wall mount just about anywhere. I would be prepared to pay a good amount of money for a quality mount.

You are looking for an articulating wall mount. Be sure to write down your TV make, model with you when you go to the store.

As for places to buy a good wall mount start with: Best Buy, Circuit City, or on-line. If you have a local stereo store, go have them help you. There are literally thousands of types of wall mounts out there and I think you should spend a little time to make sure you get what you want.

I agree that toggle-bolts are the main effective thank you to anchor something in in basic terms a sprint drywall. yet frankly, a drywall panel isn't very sturdy. it is going to assist 20-40 kilos of pull according to toggle bolt formerly the whole panel will pull out. Get a stud-finder and verify which you're anchoring the television mount rapidly into some shape. Use long sufficient screws (i could recommend #8, 3" screws, with washers between the screws and the mount for extra power (to unfold the burden of the screw heads as much as available). take great element with regards to the slots in the mount with a view to place the screw rapidly into the wood or steel studs that grant the actual power on your wall.
