Canned mardarin oranges do have some specks on them they are fine. Taste one if it is sour, then don't eat them but, they s hould be just fine.

I see ones right now with tiny spots. I have seen it before, but I wanted to make sure they weren't tiny bugs but other wise they are fine tast fine. Fruit can't hurt you that much, if they are bad, usually you can tell.

The seeds of the orange are poisonous to a dogs. Feeding the orange itself to the dogs is stable (can provide diet C, B12 and others) to the dogs sparsely. If fed too plenty, the dogs gets diarrhea.

I always thought those were pips or pits (the seed) and I pick them out. I sthat what you're talking about? If so, it's fine.
