I want to replace conventional electric bulbs with LED's in my bed room. How can we assemble these LED's to get light which would be equal to a100Watt bulb.
Thanks!!

There are a number of products on the market that will do what you want, and be certified and safe.

Make sure you get a warm LED though: cool white LEDs produce a terrible colour of light.

There are already alternatives to the incandescent light bulb, and they cost way less than $50. And they use less energy. No doubt you're rich, so the amount of your electric bill doesn't particularly matter to you, but it means a heckuva lot to me. I'm very glad that our household switched to CFL's long ago, and I look forward to mass production bringing down the price of other alternate forms of lighting.

LED or Light Emitting Diodes has low power consumption compared to standard household light bulbs. And since its light emission is efficient, it doesn't to reach a capacity of 100W.

You may be referring to the amount of light that the bulb emits which is LUMEN or CANDELA.

First, you need to know the lumen or candela of your 100W bulb.

I think it is impossible to replace directly, because with LEDs you cannot reach the enough number of luxes.
