There are two steps to be followed -

One - ask yourself - "Am I a Virgin" (virgin is a common noun for both masculine and feminine genders).

If the answer is "YES" then thnik and go to the next step. Before having sex with her take her to a lady gynecologist and she will check up and tell you.

The idea of my writing like this. No one is virgin at least in their heart. Even physically not a virgin, when the woman come to you and you should not think about all these and try to lead a happy life-.

well there are ways to do that, but here are ways of restoring virginty...

VIRGINITY RESTORATION-PHYSICAL

There are two aspects of physical restoration: (1) Renewing the integrity of the hymenal ring, and (2) Improving the vaginal muscle tone.

(1) Hymenal ring restoration

This is a simple operation that any gynecologist should be able to do in the office with local anesthesia.

Each side of any of the breaks in the hymenal ring should be cut. The ring is then sutured back together with a single circular suture, burying the knot beneath the mucosa.

The choice of suture (always absorbable) depends on the time frame, choosing longer lasting material the longer it will be before the honeymoon. The size (thickness, strength) of the suture should be chosen appropriate to the individual.

The size of the restored hymenal ring should be about two centimeters (one inch) in diameter. When the woman has sex for the first time, there will be a definite "pop" which will convince even the most skeptical man.

The appearance of blood is often crucial. There are several ways to insure this, as the hymenal ring doesn't always bleed.

The women could take birth control pills, scheduling her menstrual period for the honeymoon. She would not tell her spouse, and would use a tampon. This would be removed just before intimate contact, so blood could come out.

Advanced methods to guarantee blood would include having a tube or syringe of blood, taken with an anti-clotting factor. The woman would secretly place this blood inside after having sex. A very sophisticated way would be to fill some gelatin capsules with blood and insert them just prior to having intercourse. The gelatin would melt and the blood would come out.

(2) Vaginal muscle strengthening

Make sure your vaginal muscles are strong. Exercise them frequently! With strong muscles, you can prevent penetration until you are ready to allow it. From the man's point of view, difficulty is difficulty, and presumed to be due to your inexperience.

Practice acting out how it will be the first time, pretending it's much more uncomfortable than it actually is. If women can fake orgasms convincingly (though they should not!), faking virginity should be quite easy.

Are you a virgin. if you are not, is she allowed to get rid of you because you are not. Can you go back on past and become a virgin. Does it really matter. What matters is the love and respect the two of you have for each other and the desire to make the relationship work.

Well, you could take her word for it. If not, then know this: when a woman is a virgin, it is hard for the guy to make love to her. It's difficult the first time. But if it's extremely easy, then you may want to reconsider her word...

No way. You have to take her word for that. If she has been pregnant earlier, there might be some indications. But if she had sex without getting pregnant, no way you can say with certainty that she is a virgin or not.

How strange it is to see someone laying down foundation of relation on suspicion!! One should accept the fact that many boys and gals do have sex before marriage...

Why do you want to spoil the golden moments you are passing with her just trying to dig her past... Are you sure you have never had any crush on any gals that may have come in your life??

So dont try to tear the curtain of her past and enjoy your present...
